Key Responsibilities:

Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress to management.
Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
