Job Description: We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as International Customer Support Executives. This role involves assisting customers from around the globe, providing exceptional service, and resolving queries via phone.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work night shifts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Providing information about products and services.
- Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
